What makes Studio Fajr pieces unique?

Every piece we make is designed in-house and handcrafted with care. We draw inspiration from Islamic architecture and sacred geometry, and no two pieces are ever the same—each is made just for you.

What kinds of wood do you use?

We work with high-quality, responsibly sourced woods: birch, maple, mahogany, and walnut. Each type has its own beauty—

• Birch: light, smooth, and versatile, perfect for crisp details.

• Maple: durable with a warm, creamy tone.

• Mahogany: rich, deep, and elegant, often with a reddish-brown hue.

• Walnut: dark, bold, and timeless, with beautiful grain variations.

The natural grain and character of these woods mean every piece will have its own unique look.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! Custom work is at the heart of what we do. Whether you have a specific pattern, colour palette, or size in mind, we’d love to collaborate with you to bring your vision to life. Just get in touch and we’ll guide you through the process.

How long will my order take?

Because each item is handcrafted to order, our typical processing time is 2-3 weeks before shipping. For pieces that require further customization, shipping time may be longer. If you need something sooner, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final since every piece is made to order. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please contact us within 30 days, and we’ll work to make things right.

Do the pieces look exactly like the photos?

We try our best to capture the true look of each product, but since we work with natural wood, there will be slight variations in grain, texture, and tone. These natural differences are what make each piece special and one of a kind.

Where do you ship from?

All Studio Fajr pieces are designed and handcrafted in Canada, and we currently ship within Canada. If you are ordering from outside of Canada, please contact us at info@studiofajr.ca. Due to current US tariffs, we are unable to ship to the US at this time.

How should I care for my piece?

Our decor is built to last. To care for your piece, simply wipe it gently with a dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners, direct exposure to sunlight or excessive moisture to keep the wood looking its best.
