• We carefully package each order to make sure your piece arrives safe and sound.

• Since every item is handcrafted to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for us to create your piece before it ships.

• We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

• Because each piece is custom-made, all sales are final.

• That said, your happiness is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged or there’s a problem, please reach out within 30 days of receiving your item. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Natural Materials

• Our work is made with fine woods like birch, maple, cherry, and walnut. Each piece will have its own character, including natural variations in grain and color. These aren’t flaws—they’re part of the beauty of working with natural materials.
